The Coach's that made it happen!
It's no secret that Chuck Noll took over a team in the late 60's that had never
won anything and turned it around into a 4 time Super Bowl Champion during the 1970's. Overshadowed was the effort's of another Great coach: John Madden. With 5 Super Bowl Rings between them, these guys truly were Great and both should be enshrined into the Profootball Hall of Fame!

little known fact:
in 1976, the Oakland Raiders went 13-1. The 2nd to last game of the season was against the CINCINNATI BENGALS. If the Raiders lost, the Bengals would go to the playoffs. If the Raiders won, it meant that the Raiders would face the Steelers in there House for a possible AFC Championship game.
They did! The Raiders beat the Steelers 24-7 in 1976...claiming that they wanted to beat the best to be the best. That's why they didn't lay down against the Bengals.

heard John explain this on NFL Films: Overcoming the Pittsburgh Steelers link on the front page.
