This may be the Greatest NBA Rivalry ever!
During the 80's, these 2 teams played in 4 NBA Finals agaisnt
eachother.
Magic Johnson and his Lakers won 3 of them.
Late 80's Pistons against the world
It didn't
matter WHO the pistons were playing. The other
team treated them as if they were there worse
rival. The self-proclaimed "Nasty Boys", the
Pistons won 2 straight NBA Finals during a nice
3 year run
2002 LA Laker's vs
The Sac Kings
current teams seem to hate each other. Shaq has
said publicly that the Kings were the Best WNBA
in the league. He also calls them the Sac-town
Queens. LA beat Sac in 2002 to move on to the
NBA Finals to win there 3row.

Larry Bird, Dr J, Moses Malone, Kevin Mchale..
this Eastern division rivalry was it's most
heated during the mid 80's when both teams had
championship calibur teams.
1990's Chicago Bulls vs NY Knicks
Classic situation. Knicks were the better team
if Jordan didn't play for the Bulls. Hence to
many Eastern Conf final loses while MJ ruled in
Chicago. Patrick Ewing just couldn't do it.
